    through bzzagent.com, you have to fill out some personal profile info and if your matched up they will invite you into the campaign

    You have to become a bzzagent at www.bzzagent.ca and then go up the ranks until you are invited to join a campaign, then you will receive "kits" in the mail. It's quite a bit of work, but I did get the danactive one.
