About 3 months ago, I bought 3 cans of Nestea powder that were on sale at RCSS. Even better then that, the packaging stated that they featured "$10.00 in Delissio Pizza savings"... I was super excited because I LOVE Nestea and I LOVE Delissio pizza!!

Barely containing my excitement, I get home and promptly remove the labels from these tins. What do I find? Fantastic Delissio coupons that had expired in March

I had only just become a member of this site at the time, and even though I had been couponing for years, I was not aware that if you emailed or called a company, they would send you vouchers or coupons. After about month on here (and a month after the Delissio disappointment) I read a post about how someone had had an issue with a company's product, emailed them, and received replacement vouchers! This got me thinking, if I email Nestle and tell them how much I love their products (which is the truth) but how disappointed I am about buying several of their products (had I known the coupons were expired, I would not have bought these products since I prefer the ready-to-drink Nestea VS the powder version), then maybe they will send ME something to replace it?

So I fired off a friendly email to Nestle, telling them how I felt and that I hope they can resolve this situation in some way. Within 24 hours I received a response, apologizing for my negative experience and thanking me for continuing with my loyalty to their business. They stated that they would be happy to send out a coupon to replace the ones that were expired.

Super excited, I figured I'd probably get one replacement voucher, or maybe a bunch of $1.00 or $2.00 off coupons, anything really would have been great

I open up the mail today, and find 3 (yes 3) separate envelopes from Nestle Customer Care. Inside each of these envelopes, I find a manufacturer coupon for $10.00 towards the purchase of any Delissio Products I really don't know why they would send me 3 of these (each coupon has a different Case ID# on it) but heck, I'm not complaining!!! Even though the expiry is pretty short (10/31/12) these are some quality coupons!!

Now my only question is, are these good towards the COMBINED purchase of Delissio Products, or is it pretty much "up to" $10.00 off?

The exact wording reads as this:

"This coupon entitles our valued customer to: $10.00 towards the purchase of any Delissio Products"

And on the back it says:

"Not valid with any other offer. This coupon may not be 'stacked' -that is, redeemed together with another coupon for the same product."
