CLINT BOWYER holds off Tony Stewart & Kurt Busch to win at Sonoma. He ended up walking to Victory Lane caue he ran out of gas doing victory burn outs.

well here we are race fans in Sparta Kentucky, where the outside temps are 100 degrees F & are suppose to go to 140 or higher in the race cars.
Jimmie Johnson is on the poll with Kyle Busch, who was last years winner, on outside poll.
Matt Kenseth is leaving Roush Fenway at the end of the year & Joe Gibbs Racing is trying to sway him their way.

apparently Kenseth told Jack last week he would not be resigning with them at the end of the season. He already knows where he's going, but can't say at this point. the speculation is JGR, but nothing is comfirmed yet. he may become the 4th driver in JGR or he may be replacing Joey Logano in the 20 car. he also could replace Logano & Logano may end up with a new number with JGR.

track temp is down from 130 degrees F to 115 degrss F.
