I tried changing to my other "spam" email and it said it was already registered too?!?!?!! which is weird because I use that email for nothing other than contests so wtf??????
I'm having problems with save.ca too! I can log in, but once I go through and choose the coupons I want it says : You have not selected any coupons yet.
I'm getting very frustrated and cannot order on either mine or my BF's account..they better fix this soon!
was able to order the FPC for the mars bar, plus a few other $ off save.ca coupies yesterday.

I don't have any problems ordering the coupies, but I have noticed that they're taking longer to come. Yep, it would be better if several could be put in one envelope.l
Working for me now! Hopefully the issues have been fixed for others too. :)
Update... I emailed them and they fixed it. Not sure what they did but then I updated my Birth Date and Gender it actually said "Account updated"!!! I've never gotten that message before. Thankfully it didn't take too long to hear from them. 36 hours. Hopefully others will have the same luck getting theirs fixed.

That's exactly what happened to me yesterday. I e-mailed support. Hopefully they will add my additional personal information and send me my free Mars bar coupon - that's what I asked them to do.
Incidentally, I e-mailed them once to ask if they could possibly give me a complete listing of all the save.ca pages they have...guess what link they gave me? Yep! Smart Canucks!
good thing i read this. i never read the blog, and didn't know about free mars.
How does one go abut changing their name on their save.ca account. My mothers last name recently changed and every time i update her profile it keep sreverting back to the old name. HELP PLEASE :)
