Frustrated with Save.ca Anyone else?

Anything that's on the blog, is first on the forum, SC bloggers, (at least I do) mainly take what people post here and post it there so it's not missed. Unless it's something that I myself posted and I am too lazy to cross post it in here. ;)

i ordered mine a while ago andnever got anything :( either save.ca is behind or my mail deliverer is knicking mymail off of me

extremly frustrated!

having problems with my moms account they wont let her order coupons :( keeps on popping me back to the page where i have to enter in the info for gender and dob :shrug: very annoying and frustarting :mad:

i've also sent 2 emails to save.ca with no response yet for some reason i always have problems with my moms account :shrug:

I've sent a complaint email to save.ca about this none-of-their beeswax birthdate and gender business, plus the ensuing email problem. I hope everyone else does too.

Brandsaver and Brandsampler ask the same questions though'

My aunt is having the same problem. I was able to update mine, and my moms, but my aunt is the only one that won't work. We'll see if she gets a response.

+1. I surely hope that no one inputs their actual date of birth. It may not seem that big of a deal, but it is a vital piece of personal information that should be protected. Yes, the government has this information on file, but submitting the information to save.ca for a coupon database....definitely NOT!

emailed 3 days ago, no response and still cant get my Mars bar :cry:

I am so sick of companies requesting my birth date...if and when they make it a mandatory piece of info, I always lie and make a fake birth date in order to protect myself...

Are you kidding me?!! You want my full name, birth date and address?! What, so this info can fall into the hands of some unscrupulous individual who wishes to open a credit card in my name? Why not? What's to stop him/her? He/she has all of the basic info that creditors require to establish a credit card/line....

I suggest anyone that is experiencing the same problem as I was to email [email protected] again. They took 36 hours to fix mine so they SHOULD fix yours that fast, too!
