    So I received a PM asking if we are doing another soon... (this person didnt see our little fab ab gang until later in the challenge)

    I was wondering if current participants (and ones who havent joined our last challenge), would be interested in another one for say, the beg. of May sometime?

    Id like to see if anyone is interested that way I dont create another one and there is basically just me there lol!

    Also, for the people who have participated already, lmk what i should change to make it better for everyone, perhaps no 1400 goal?

    Anyways lmk and ill start something up.

    I would take part for sure!! I personally love having the goal of 1400 because it gives me something to aim for. So I know if I miss a day, I do extra on other days to get back on track to reaching the goal!

    im so in... even though i have been slacking.. this has been great motivation.. i probably would have gave up long ago if i didn't have to come here and post, and i feel guilty when i dont lol..and i dont know about anybody else but my tummy is starting to feel tighter which makes me not want to stop. so count me in for may! =D

    k ill be particpating in mays as well. the ants have seemed to clear up since ive been cleaning REDICULOUSLY with vinigar. i mean, this apartment smells like im eating french fries all the time bc of the vinigar. so im up for the next challenge too

    i am also one who just completely derailed this week but am willing to give it another go. i am actuall going to try starting a new ab-targeting program that consists of more yoga-type poses than actual situps. i will be posting about it on my blog and can let you all know about it when i post if you want!

    And YES! I would LOVEE it if you continued the Fabs Fitness! The only reason I do it now is because you guys motivate to, and I feel great, physically. I wouldn't mind if we started another round right on the Monday it ends

    I am gonna start this week by making a small (but significant) change - I am gonna try to stop the takeout meals this week - I never pack a lunch to work (with Tim's so close, I never bothered), but this week I will start "brown bagging" it or if I forget - take the 15 minute walk to Superstore & get fruits and salads to much on at lunchtime.

    why not set it up so we can have a personal goal (doesn't have to be visable) and we can post it in percentages.

    If my goal was 50 and I did 25 I could post 50%..or post nothing at all.

    I liked seeing the totals, but my personal goal was never 100 in a day so I didn't feel like it was a competition. If I did 1 it was 1 more than I would have done!!!

    the part i bolded above.. i dont really udnerstand because its not a competition....
    but yeah i like your idea of mking your own goals... i will do that for the next one. i might start the thread today if i have a chance... id really prefer not to get into percentages... BUT, loveeee the idea of own goals

    I know it wasn't a competition but when you see what others are doing you tend to want to try and meet or achieve the same level, and I know I am not at that level of fitness...YET!!!
