I emailed Pampers explaining that the Big Wheel is available on the french side of the site and I cant log in the french side so since its the same site could they go ahead and order it for me and here is there response

I wish I had better news, but the Gifts to Grow reward you’re looking for is no longer available. We will not be getting any more Big Flyers, however, will be getting a couple items at that higher point value. You can expect the Plasma Car soon and the Kettler Trikes soon after. I realize how disappointing this must be. Please be assured I’m sharing your comments with the rest of our team
