I e-mailed them this morning, telling them that with little ones, parents like us don't always have time to keep checking back at the website in order to find out which "promotion" is going on and at what time. I told them that they should maybe make a list with what point bonus will be happening and specific times and e-mail it to their consumers, or something similar. I also mentioned how disappointed I am of this promotion phase and how it was much better last time!

Agreed 100%! Thanks for sending an email, I will do this as well... maybe if enough of us compalin, they will get the hint! Its great that they are doing a promo but they need to at least give us a chance! I have yet to actually take part in this promo, its so hard to keep checking (like you said... especially with LO's around) GL everyone.
