My SDM mini brag - OCTOBER 1ST

I figure I would have a bit of time before heading for my friend's place (she's moving to Windsor this Saturday) and the bus would arrive at 7:18 p.m. according to the website but it seemed to arrive at 7:12 by the time I got there and I got the bus.

Anyway, here goes, I went to Shoppers Drug Mart to get the "Parent Load & Lend!/Student Shop & Spend! card however I did not get the other cashier, I got the one I didn't really like (the man went to the other one) so I had no choice and I did ask about it, and she was like "You can't use it" and I was like, HUH?! So I left the card and went out of the store so I could to go post office to mail out (due to approriate stamp was necessary) to someone then hurried to go to a subway station.

After a visit, I was considering to take the bus from my friend's, but I walked and went to the SDM before reaching another main intersection and I bought that card and loaded $60 and in return, I got $10 coupon! I went around the store, grabbed some coupons that were there, also I was looking for items that I could use since I had $10 SDM card that was for selected items, i.e. Life, Nativa Organics, Balea (sp?) and a couple others.. I ended up getting Belea (sp?) products and there was this bath oil that retailed at about $10.49 or something.

Forunately, it was on sale for $6.99!! (I was glad because I only had $10 bill cash to spend after the gift card). The body washes were on sale for $3.99 ea.. So I only paid $6.92!

About the shopping card I got, I only got 3000 points (600 regular, 2400 bonus) and from Balea products, I got 140 regular and 2900 points totalling to 3040 and altogether makes it 6040 - that's better than nothing I must add.

Maybe you could go back and ask (with the receipt) - the reason I got that is because I put $60 on it.

That's a good idea. I bought a $100 GC yesterday. I'll call my SDM and ask. Thank you.
