Hi I was in Wallmarts today and picked up 3 pkgs. of Royal Serviettes. The shelf price says 2.97 so with 1.00 off coupon from GoCoupons.ca 1.97. Good deal but at the till they rang in at 3.97 so over to Customer Service I went. They price checked and yes I was right. She offered them to me for the 2.97 but I said what about Scop. She smiled and called over a Supervisor. So 10.00 off which made this FREE. Funny thing the girl said the price was wrong yesterday also. Ya think they would have fixed it. Oh well good for me.

Quick question: I thought that you would get the first item for FREE but not OVER $10? I don't understand why (but I like it
) why they took $10 off? I'm probably just up too late!
Thanks!

That's right ONLY the first item/pkg should have been FREE and the other 2 pkgs should have been just given at the advertised price of 2.97 - 1.00 coupon = 1.97
Its first item free ( if below $ 10 ) or - $ 10 on the first item ( if its above $ 10 ) when buying multiple qtys of the same product ( same UPC/Bar Code ) and the rest of the same products are given @ the advertised shelf or flyer price .
Ofcourse if each product is different with diff UPC's and if they are scanned higher then each different product ( first item only ) si either FREE or $ 10 OFF ( if price is more than $ 10 ) .

It seems like in this case, Walmart doesn't mind giving away money - that must cause someone a stomach ache! -
