It's really a hit and miss for me..
People in my area tend to be hoarders..and I mean "rip-the-coupon-pad-off-the-display-and-ruin-the-display" hoarders. People rip the coupons off with FORCE...and all I see are broken displays or ripped off signs. No kidding.
I usually goto LD, Safeway, Save-On.
Today I went to LD and saw a STACK of bottle-neck coupons, ripped off. So someone actually went and took the bottle-neck coupon/flyer off every bottle and then stacked them together to rip the coupons off in one-rip. I was amazed that someone would go so far as to rip off ALL The bottleneck coupons for a particular brand of juice. I also wonder how can the staff miss this...that person must have spent quite a long time in that aisle ripping bottleneck coupons/flyers off like 30 bottles of juice...it was crazy!

Same here I actually see coupon peelies ripped off from chip bags etc ( & I am talking about 10-15 bags at a time )...you can clearly see the area where the peelie was as the area is still sticky & you can still see an outline where the coupon should still have been there .
The prime example is get a FREE DIP coupon peelie found on Rufflles Chip bags , which has been ripped off in most stores that I've been to in the last few months .
I also find coupon holders lying on the ground as the whole pad has been ripped off with force in a couple of seconds along with the shelving , coupon hoders etc ...this is not just one coupon holder I am talking about these are coupon holders in pretty much every aisle lying on the ground.
