Good thing I was paying attention, as I caught another error!! We picked up a cute little soap bath play set for my nephew for Christmas, and it scanned through at $13.44. Actual retail price? $5.89! The cashier was the one who actually mentioned about the code (isn't that amazing?), and when the supervisor came to do the override it still showed tax owning. The cashier said, "You shouldn't have to pay the tax!", and actually ran after the supervisor to have her change it. Wow!! Plus the cashier was super friendly through the whole thing, so that just made my night!!

Wow that is amazing, the cashiers that work at our RCSS are told that they are not supposed to mention the code. I was behide a lady in extra foods one day when the price came up wrong. I told her that she gets it for free, she had no clue, so I explained it to her and made sure that the cashier followed the code. She walked out with a smile on her face and learned something new. I have done that for many random people who do not know about the code.

i find RCSS really good about scop. once i got two gillette razors for free when i only went to get a price adjustment and the girl actually mentioned scop and said cause i bought one phenom and one gamer i get them both free.
another time a toy rang in wrong and the supervisor was ringing in my order cause the cashier was new and got all flustered with my coupons, and when i mentioned scop she said "yes, i was just about to do that!" they are really good there. (this is the rcss in mississauga at argentia/winston churchill)

We seem to have really nice cashiers at my rcss to i find it's mostly the full time staff for the day's they are older and have families of their own i was just in mine yesterday using the $2 off coupon for skintamate shaving gel not the pdf form i had actually found some for $2 off she was so excited for me wow this is great for free awsome so i told her about sc and she wrote it down.another time at rcss the cashier noticed i had another $2 off for glade and she asked the lady who does the over rides to let me use them all so it was free, this store will keep on getting my business even though i have to bring my own bags and bag all my groceries lol

I love doing this!! I once mentioned it to a lady who had a big box of diapers ring through at the wrong amount. She had two little ones that were about a year and a half (like my little ones), and she was SO appreciative!! I don't think the cashier liked that, though!!

The unfortunate thing is that having such a fantastic cashier is an anomaly at my RCSS. Most of them just sigh their way through the transaction and keep looking at the clock. I feel bad that they can't look past the bad things about their jobs and keep it fun and light-hearted!!

Isn't it nice when a customer is treated the way they are suppose to be treated!
