Do you have an account with PayPal.ca or PayPal.com? Does it matter which one are they the same?

I have with .com , i don't think it matters {cant say for certain though}. have purchased from both American and Canadian. have received and sent payments too. when i buy in USD they charge me exchange rate and vice versa.Only time i was charged when I got my cash back from BOO, 49 cents {but that's perfectly OK cause he send me round figure}

I still use my old paypal.de account from Germany - just added another checking account (the new Canadian one) and that was it. Works like a charme in Europe and North America as well.

The only thing about Paypal is that they have problem in using Canada post when you use them as in business selling stuff and they don't show any international and domestic postage, i have problem with them.

Does PP charge .50 for each transaction under $150.00? And Also what kind of account do you have a personal, premier or business? Does that matter too?

Also, I only get charged $0.50 when I cashout (sending money from PayPal to my bank account). But that;s perfectly fine with me. You can avoid the $0.50 with sending people money through paypal by marking the money your sending as a "gift". For example, if I were to give you $5 PayPal to trade for something maybe say a GC, then I wud mark the $5 PayPal as a gift when sending it to you (it's an option) so I can avoid the $0.50 charge.

So pretty much only when you cashout to bank. Pretty much the only things i do with my paypal is receive payments and send to bank

to my understanding the amount paypal charged depends on the amount of money being transfered to someone else. I forgot the % though

It cost $0.50 to transfer money to your bank account if its < 150 and its free when its > 150 (this is only if you xfer to bank account not if you transfer money to someone else)

I have a .ca one, and I have had problems on several websites trying to use it. There are sites that won't accept international paypal accounts, I would like to see if I can transfer my account to a .com, but am unsure of how to do that.
