I used my home address, and I believe I got my PIN# from one of the mods, a long time ago. Everything went through fine but nothing ever came. i emailed them a couple months ago about it, but I've had no reply. I even gave them the PIN I used. Who knows

Where does one locate the PIN when the razor arrives? Are the PIN included in the shipping box?
