Great idea about using a 'window cling' thingy as a decoration...I would have never thought of that

That looks great you did a good job.
I did cake decorating a few years ago and it is all about tips and techniques. To get the corners/edges straight etc, before you ice your cake, cut any peaks off it and then turn it upside down. So what was the top is actually against the board. It makes things much easier.

That looks great. Are you keeping it in the fridge? The last time I tried to decorate with the tub frosting I ended up with cupcakes in a pools of pink goop
