Poor, poor thing... hope he's back to normal soon. If he's on similar meds to when I had my wisdom teeth pulled he's gonna be in a daze for the next few days and will probably hate soup going forward... wait, he probably hates soup now.

Something called Antirobe, but I can't make out the rest of it, cause the instruction label (give him 1ml every 12 hours) is on top of the writing on the package.
Yes, it's a liquid & he's not impressed. He's hiding under a chair & sleeping (you'd think he'd had enough sleep with the anaesthetic ;)). With all the surgeries I've had, I know exactly how he feels, so I feel even worse for him.
I just don't understand how his teeth could be so bad? Once he's back to himself, he'll be getting his teeth brushed 3x a day! :P
That stuff is strong, he may be kinda out of it for a few days
OOOH, poor Quincy. :( And poor Mama!! That's no fun.
Yeah, he'll be sleepy/dopey/unimpressed with you for the next few days, for sure.
Poor Quincy, if that's his reward for getting through all this!! lol
We have to brush the dog's teeth regularly with PB flavoured toothpaste. He's not much of a chewer and his teeth are much worse than they should be for his age. He thinks its one of the worst things we do to him... I think he prefers getting his nails clipped!
Anyone gotten their P&G sampler?
Remember the pantene shampoo samples, you have the option to choose either samples or coupons? I wonder what the coupon is...
I know the one that comes with the sample is a 75 cents off / 2 dollars off buy 2...
Nope, haven't gotten mine yet
None for me today either!
Lily dog's not much of a chewer either (she either nibbles or swallows things whole). She can't have bones cause they make her really sick (after cleaning up a few times, I swore off that!).
Now I fill a margarine tub with "soup" (I get free bones from the butcher at Kensington & boil one in a huge pot of water - instant soup) & freeze. She LOVES these popsicles & it's about the only thing I can get her to try to chew, since it's too big for even her mouth. :P
:lolsign: Maybe you need better flavoured popsicles? Liver boiled in lots of water works well - just make sure you put lots of boxes of baking soda in the freezer if you don't appreciate that aroma. :P
Quincy cat gets popsicles too (teeny ones), but he licks the darn things & chases them round & round & round the bowl. Eventually, they melt a bit & stick to the bottom of the bowl so he can devour them. :lolsign:
I think the dog is just generally not that interested in food. He won't eat treats in public, and he's picky about them anywhere. Our neighbour gave us liver treats for him that he wouldn't really eat, so I don't think I'm trying a liver popsicle on him!
Even with his kong he only gets stuff out of it that he can lick, treats just stay in it forever because he won't chew on it.... although he has learned that by throwing it at the ground sometimes the treats pop out.
The bunny gets ice cubes with fruit in them sometimes in the summer, he is hilarious following those around trying to get to the fruit.
Checked that and not much selection for pre-schoolers (they have mostly young kids)
Uummm, just realized no more Visa cards - it's dead (my dad's supplementary card - we cancel that card when he passed away!)
Or you could try Great Canadian Rebates to see if they have a cash back for online purchases from one of these stores that would make the shipping worthwhile.
Last summer I got them sandals from Zellers (really cute at that), only to have my podiatrist (whatever the foot dr is) told me that I should get them shoes/ sandals that has ankle support and a bit of an arch. Unfortunately that ruled out many of those carried at WM & Zellers.
Anyhow, I got them from Payless - about $40 for a pair of sneakers. But times 3, it still adds up. Oh well, at least I get bonus airmiles! The dang thing about having triplets is that I can't do the "hand-me-down" bit - I need all 3 AT THE SAME TIME!!!
Aye for the 15th!!!
