    I have a silly question I hope someone has the answer to. Can a Chapters/Indigo gc be used for an online purchase? Yes, dumb Q I'm sure, but I'm one of those who likes to shop in stores (I've shopped online 3 times in my life - I'm so ancient! ). Unfortunately, this time the item I want is not available & to have them order it in would cost me $10 more.

    Yes it can be used. If I remember correctly you transfer the gift card balance to online account and use it.

    And you're way better off buying online because it's always cheaper! And if you spend greater than a certain amount shipping is free. I think it's $50, but not positive.
