cibc survey

alright I just have a quick question I did a survey for a company on cibc, it was 25 dollar check in the mail, i received the check, but I shot out the envolop that had the company name on it, and obviously was to stupid to sign up with the company on the same day I did that one survey, I was just wondering if anyone else did this survey and if they did, if they remember what company it was conducted by?
