I recently moved to Toronto and all I can find where I live is metro and fortinos. No food basics, no frills or t&t. I was wondering if there is any that I am not aware of. Let me know. thanks!

Food basics and Metro are the same company..(A&P, actually worked for them before) Where theres a food basics theres no metro and vice versa. It sucks for those with Metro haha. As for T&T, the only ones i know are at Promenade Circle(Promenade Mall). I dont know the area though so i cant comment on that, sorry.

I was in that area. My closest store was actually the tiny Sobeys on Marlee.
    $$$$ yikes $$$$
There is a No Frills down on Eglinton just west of Dufferin. Big. Yellow. Can't miss it.
Price Chopper is a little further along - just past Caledonia. Big. Orange. Can't miss it. In the same spot are Canadian Tire and Shoppers.
Sorry, no Food Basics. Sad, I know. I think the closest is like Jane and maybe almost upto the 401. Or Bathurst and Steeles - HA!

There is No Frills at Wilson and Bathurst. I think that is the closest one.

I was thinking the No Frills on Eglinton...that's probably your best bet.
