I was at Walmart today and I saw the 16 pack of Cheesestrings for $3.47!
I thought they were in the wrong spot and the price must be for the 8pack. But they were in a bunker and ALL the packages were 16's. I grabbed 2 packs. When I checked out they scanned at $6.47. I went to the CS desk and explained that they were in a bunker marked $3.47. The CS rep that hates me tells me that that price is for the 8 pack. I told her there were NO 8 packs there. She personally went back and checked and returned to grudgingly tell me I was right
I wasn't going to even ask to SCOP because I didnt have time for the DRAMA. But she gave me one pack free and the $3 difference from the second pack!!!!
My daughter loves Cheesestrings but they are a treat that I dont usually buy. I have to hide them in the butter drawer in the fridge
and I ration 1/day. She would eat the whole pack and block herself up for a week if I let her. lol!

I love those too, I have 50c off coupons for the 16-pack but I never get them because they're expensive.

Nice going. Great shopping. Thumbs up!! Those are good. Would love to find them myself. I'll have to look on my next trip to Walmart.

Nice work!
I'm not a big fan, but my daughter eats them (or maybe we get the stringless stick things now)... but is showing a preference for the "breakaable cheese"--the slices!!
Did the shelf price tag say 8ct or 16ct? Did the upc match? My WM would have fussed and said no-go on the scop... or price change... if the UPC's didn't match. Ay!

There wasnt a "shelf price tag" with a description. They were in a bunker where they usually put the sale item. There was only a big "$3.47" sign.

I have 18 month old twins and they both love those things! We often get the 12 pack Saputo Cheeseheads at SDM when they are on sale for $2.99 (reg $5.99!) but they haven't been on sale lately. And if you get the Pizza Mozzarella kind you can use the Saputo/Bari coupons - there are 75 cent ones that expire soon, $1.50 in this months Chatelaine and $1.50 printable, too!
