Thread: Different Pricing between Metro
-

Friday night I was in a Metro, and saw Pantene on for 1.88.......sale price not clearance. Unfortunately, I didn't have my coupons with me, so I figured that I would go to the one closer to home over the weekend. I went there yesterday, and their sale price was 2.79! Needless to say, I will be heading back to the first one on Monday on my way home from work! I was shocked.
Does this happen often? This thread is currently associated with: Metro

Do their sales go Saturday to Friday or Friday to Thursday?
Here all our stores change prices Saturday morning.

I live in Brantford and our Walmart has lower prices than the Walmart in Cambridge Ontario, same with the Home Depot. Not sure why??? Maybe they think that area has a higher income and will pay more.

It might just have been a instore sale at both metro's..hence the difference in pricing. but yeah I have noticed that stores outside my town have some things cheaper even at regular price compared to stores inside the city.

Hi,
Metro's pricing is from Friday to Thursday!! If you seen it for 1.88, someone probably forgot to take down the last sale tag, therefore if you go back and it scans for higher, you will get it for free...SCANNING CODE OF PRACTICE!!!
All Metro's have the same prices, it doesn't change from one town to the next, except in Thunder Bay and Montreal/Quebec Maritimes, all of Ontario should be the same pricing.
Good Luck.
