i go once maybe twice a month.. i'm pretty organized, i have a list of stuff i'm going there to buy and "tentative stuff" basically see if the price in store is good if it isn't i'll wait on it till i see a sale or price match option.. sometimes i'll go twice a week if something is out of stock or i forgot my stack at home, it really depends on the flyers how often i go

After moving near a LD a month ago I went through a period where I was at LD every day. Now I haven't been since Saturday, but I credit that to going in prepared on the weekend. If I can find a Zellers flyer with $4 Sunlight today (hoping the sale isn't only in ON) then I will definitely be rushing over for a stockpile of free laundry detergent! Last weekend I was really lucky and got great deals at a number of different stores (nice when you can get freebies elsewhere too!) so London Drugs wasn't my only source this week.

Me too! I'm unorganuzed at home for the time being but I am VERY organized when I go to the store. I have my list of each item x however many with the price beside it. And then I have each stack paper clipped together with a little sticky note with what it's for and the stack amount (ie: $16 for Size 4 pampers, 64ct). Then I know for sure what's in the stack.
Coupons = Little pieces of paper you get FREE from the stores, from reps and from companies (ie: Not gold)

I'm pretty organized now as well - I've been a few times and it keeps getting easier and faster the more organized I am.
So far this month, I've been twice and I am going tomorrow with a bunch of stacks. I write out a list of everything I am going to price match with my stacks attached. Then I have a list for everything that is not price matched with stacks attached.
When I get to the cashier, I hand the cashier one item at a time with the appropriate stack. I've been told this is sooooooooooo much easier for them! and I now call ahead when I am going to go in with all my coups. By the time I get to the cashier, they have an extra cashier to help other customers.

I stack at LD at least once or twice a week. I try to keep the coupon savings under $100 each time and make my shops smaller then a big stack shop since it takes the customer service rep more time to ring it up and they appreciate the smaller shops opposed to the buggy full and a book full of coupons. I try to stay on their good side as they throw my a favour every once in a while. I am lucky as I have 4 LDs in my community.

I live and work 5 minutes away from two London Drugs stores. So I go in frequently with several stacks at a time. I like to be in and out in under 15 minutes.
I make up stacks as coupons come in and clip them to index cards which I file in a recipe box. The box has alphabetical dividers in it. When the LD flyer comes out, I quickly check my 'stacks' box and off I go. I have done really well with coupon trading here on SC. How much will I pay for things? Most often, just the sales tax.

At least once a week, occasionally I'll skip a weekend if I'm on a coupon stack dry spell or have other plans.
I basically spend my week planning via the early flyers on here, and put my stacks together friday night for my saturday morning trip.
I never stack beforehand, because coupons (especially the versatile ones, 7 wub 3 of ___, 5 WUB 3 of ___) are like lego blocks, they dont have to always be built in a certain way, you can change them around to fit. So I do it when I have all my info on fridays so that I can maximize my savings.

LOL, just saw my post from last May!! ROTFLMAO! Well, I go in less often now, but it is because I have built up a decent stash. Like others, I won't buy things that cost more than a dollar unless my need is urgent, and I keep my stacking trips under $200 in coupons per trip to save time. In the past few weeks I have made more trips than usual, but I've picked up a ton of stuff that I only had to pay the tax on.
Also, before I head to LD, I check their website. All of their product and prices are listed, so it saves being surprised by their inflated prices, and I can prepare for PMing if necessary. (I have been trying to avoid PMing because it slows down the checkout process - sometimes its just easier to wait for LD to have a sale.)
I have saved over $1320 with coupons since Dec 30/10! (+ at least another 700 in sales!)

I go at least twice a month. I feel if i go to long I start to crave it! LOL and i do bigger shops usually. I'll take a few days to prepare for the bigger ones. for example I am doing a shop soon and I have been preparing for 2 days now and my list is at over $200 in products and with tax and everything is should be around $30

I go about twice a month. I wait until I have enough coupons to get quite a few things for free, or until I really need something (eg. will go for diapers if I am running low even if I don't have quite enough coupons to get them for free). I try to make sure I am constantly getting coupons by keeping up on save.ca, brandsaver, etc. websites, watching my local papers, and keeping an eye out in stores for coupons. I also watch flyers for deals, I look online for them since I don't have flyer delivery at this time and then call my sister to save the ones we need for price matching. I also have family and friends on the hunt for coupons for me and they occasionally will find ones I don't have which is great! My sister is now on board with stacking and she will usually call me to set a date for us to go to give me time to get my coupons together and we will spend some time together going through them as well.
