So if i enter for something in the prize vault, it says
tickets must be picked up at OMNI, 545 Lake Shore Blvd. West, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
Can I get a family member to pick it up for me, or does the winner have to physically go and pick it up themselves.

When i won a $50 Old Navy GC from them my bf picked it up for me. I had emailed them to ask if he could and they said for him to just bring a signed note from me stating that i gave him permission to pick it up for me. He said that they didn't even ask him to see the note.
