Not sure if anyone knows this, I was in Winners today, two different stores (Tillicum Mall and Woodgrove Mall on Vancouver Island) and they now have E.L.F cosmetics..they are discounted quite a bit from their regular prices, and I picked some up for Christmas.

Just wanted to share, so those of you looking for it who don't want to order online can get some there. This thread is currently associated with: Winners

Thanks, just reminded me of CHRISTMAS presents!! Do you think that since Winners is a store that buys stuff that they didn't sell..do you thin the ELF makeup is still safe to use since it's been a long time?

Winners doesn't sell expired things (my cousin is a manager in Laval Winners), and I do not see an expiry date on them, but i buy all my perfume and eye cream etc...there and have never had anything happen...and as bad as it is, I have used the same eyeshadow for about 8 years..not the same brand THE same ONE...and I am fine..lol (goes to show you how often I wear makeup)

So, isn't e.l.f usually a $1 each or something. If they are discounted from that, what price are they?

They don't sell the makeup by itself, it's in packs. From what I've seen, they're more expensive than ordering online (not including S&H) but I think some people have said it was cheaper. So I guess you have to look around. Like before I saw a pack of 6 lipglosses for $8.99. I was thinking of getting it, but didn't. I should go back and get it as a gift now...lol... haha, anyways, and I saw a makeup pack that had like eyelash curler, eyeline, 1 eyeshadow duo, and 1 or 2 more things I can't remember, and it was like 8.99 or around there also. It might have been $7.99 tho. The packs were like "Smoky Eye" and like Nature-ish

how much was it selling for? their products are usually for $1. And I've seen elf cosmetics now and then at winners...they are coming to zellers next month. I made a thread about that on here.

Lmao I just finished posting this on the blog then saw this post. Ya theyve been carrying it for about 6 months now BUT the prices are inflated
The all about eyes kit is 5$ on their site, 8.99-10.99 at winners.
Personally I didn't buy anything because I don't like anything then the eyeliner at elf

I agree with your comment about nyx on the blog, their eyeshadows are really great quality and comparable to mac at times, and that says a lot for me to say that. You can get their products at SOME pharma plus/rexall locations, once in a while there is a 25% off sale, that's when I buy some items.

Oh ya ? I've been buying them online from this Lady. I got the glitter eye shadow lot (set of 7) and a ton of shadows etc, yes I think they are comparable to MAC of course not *as* good but a nice alternative. I'd compare them to the quality of "GOSH" but for something cheap id choose NYX (NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH NYC) over ELF anyday
Lately I've been all over Lise Watier items as well

I was paying around 3$ for one pot, and I paid 10$ for the 7 glitter shadows, but I'm also buying off an ebay NYX supplier not instore.

The ELF stuff is showing up in Edmonton.
If you work out the exchange rate and shipping to Canada fees, they might be considered reasonable.
But I wasn't impressed with the "Two Faced" products when they showed up in Winners a while ago.
