As far as everyone on here thinks its the top part that has the #'s on it. The top flap not the underneath part. Some however think you have to send both. Which will make the envelope heavy if you have 6 pieces in each envie.

Thanks for the clarification!
And hey, has anyone tried stacking at LD recently? It's been several months since I have gone to LD. But I tried stacking for one item yesterday, and it took forever. She took the coupons first, read them, circled them, re-read them.... then asked for clarification because she thought I had to mail the coupons?
Then she rang in the items, then went back to re-reading the coupons again (only had 2 coupons to stack). And then made an error entering the coupon deduction, and had to restart the transaction and cycle again (along with re-reading the coupons).
Out of curiosity, has there been a lot of trouble lately happening at LD regarding coupons?

I went there last week to stock up on Aveeno since I had lot of stackable coupons and I didnt have a problem with the girl entering all the coupons, what I had a problem with is following. I had 1 $3 printable coupons, 1 $5 printable coupon and 1 $3 tearpad coupon from the store itself. Now the problem was $5 printable coupon. Girl says, I cant take $5 printable coupons since we dont accept printables over $3. I said I know that and thats fine just adjust it down to $3, I wasnt giving her hard time as I understand. So, she calls supervisor over and supervisor tells me she is not aware that we can do that. And just to clerify this, I went there few days before to buy Aveeno shampoo and used 1 $5 off with other 2 coupons and the lady (older lady) had no problems crossing out $5 and putting $3 instead and entering my coupons and off I went. She knew what she was doing and was right to the point. Now I only shop if I see her there. I leave if she is not at the customer service. Anyway, supervisor didnt know what I was talking about but accepted to take my coupons and adjust the price. And the lady that was helping me with this is new and so she kept appologizing and I told her not to worry about it. its always better to check into things than to be wrong, especially if she is knew and still practicly learning. My pet peeve is that supervisors know less than we do. Like come on. Every store has their policy or should have it up front and apperently they dont know it. Its sad. I guess watch for the cashiers that know what they are doing.
But stacking is still fine in London Drugs. And they are all aware of that stacking is allowed.
Also, Safeway in Parkland Mall, oh my God. If your coupon is more than the item you are buying, they will try to tell you that they cant accept it. I tried telling them that they can accept it as per their policy, only thing is they dont give is money back for the amount of coupon that is over. Same thing, they have to adjust the coupon to the price the item is if the coupon is for more than the actual item. Well, the girl said to me they cant do that, coupon had to be for the same amount as the item. I looked at her in amazment when she said that. I told her its their policy they can do it, just adjust it down and she said it would screw them up at the end of the night. I couldnt believe what I was hearning. And she said show me where it says on our policy that. Of course I didnt have it on me but they also didnt have it in store. Again, they are suppose to have it in store. So I asked for supervisor who was very helpful and so patiant but went on by what she said that they cant do it. I again said yes you can, and I have done it in every single store in Red Deer and even in Safeway before. So he proceeded to call the other store where manager there explained to him he can do it. So finally, he was able to do it. But oh my God. I did everything I can think of to be in and out fast. I went straight to customer service so that the line is not tied up, I explained to them that the item is on sale for $1 and my coupon is for $3 so they'd have to adjust the coupon down to $1 and told them I understand you dont give money back on coupons so thats fine. I thought this was gonna be simple. I guess not. But supervisor in this store was very helpful. I give him credit.

I know a dollar is a dollar and it's meaning means different things to different people. But stores must think we are nuts sometimes when he put up a hoopla over a dollar. I've totally been there tho (as to me it doesn't matter if I am going to save $1 or $100, I do it all the same)... but a lot of people are probably thinking.. oh my word... it's ONE DOLLAR. You're life won't end!!

heheh they can think whatever they want, but who wouldnt want to pay .35 cents for 6 bottles of Listerine? I think they are crazy if they would pay $6 instead of .35 cents. And actually he entered 7 bottles instead of 6 but I wont fight him over 5 cents ahahahahah
I refuse to pay for things I dont have to pay. And the stores are never out of that money, they still get it back.
