I agree with above poster. They will only put 32 coupons in one mailing envelope for weight. Keep an eye out, I bet the others will arrive

That happened to me last time around, and a few days later the rest came. Keep your fingers crossed. If they don't come, I'm sure if you email them they will gladly send them. (P&G is pretty good when it comes to that)!

just received my brandsaver coupons today.guess what they sent me only 5 coupons.i have no idea what went wrong.i ordered all coupons ... and on site its saying i can order in August only..

I had ordered 10 coupons on save.ca once ( all at the same time )..but they mailed me 3 different envelopes to me over a period of 1 week just to send me 10 coupons ...imagine how much postage/time/labour they must have wasted doing that .

One of the envelope only had 1 coupon ..they couldn't put all the 10 coupons in one mailing for some reason & mail them out at the same time

Why are people still having a hard time with this. Did you order them all directly from save.ca all at once. Or did you order different coupons from different save.ca pages. One page is often per company and you usually would follow a link from the companies website to get them, such as garnier, Glade, Gain, etc. They never intended for a site like smartcanucks to list a url for each of these pages. So if you go to save.ca/garnier..then save.ca/glade, etc and do that 4 times, even though you might have ordered only 1 coupon from each they will not be combined. and as far as postage etc, its the company such as glade that pays for it.

There is no reason to be mad. Brand-saver does send coupons in batches and if you don't eventually receive them perhaps you can contact them and inquire or trade for them here. I am sure other members would be more than happy to trade.
