When you are stacking at LD, can you use numerous manufacturers coupons? Even if they look the same? Or do they all have to be different (eg. save.ca and a red plum and a brandsaver etc)?

Same or different looking as long as the UPC Codes are different on each coupon and it is not expired and is for the same product.

For each item you purchase with a coupon stack, the coupons all have to have a unique UPC code on them for example:

If you were purchasing a bottle of laundry soap priced at $4, you could use a coupon with upc# 123456for $2 off, and another coupon with upc #567890 for $2 to get the item for free. You could not use 2 coupons with upc #123456 on the same item, however if you had 2 of each, then you could use both to get two bottles. Hopefully this makes sense

sometime coupons looks the same, but they have different expired date or bar code, then you can use them all in same time

I've heard that at some LD's they have to be from different sources as well - as in, max 1 save.ca, max 1 from in-store, max 1 printable, etc. Never run into it, but you should be aware that it may be the case at your LD!
