Sobey's Brag

On Sunday morning, I left the kids with my husband and did errands alone. A rare treat!

Here's what I got at Sobeys:

2 Old Spice Deodorant @ $3.59 BOGO - B2S$3 = $0.59 for 2!
Saputo Ricotta Cheese @ $2.49 - $0.75 coupon
Cucumber @ $0.99
Black Diamond Cheese strings @ $2.99 - $0.75 coupon
After taxes = $8.83

After I got out to the car, I realized that the ricotta rang in at $5.49, but there was a "this store only sign" stating $2.49. I went back to customer service with my receipt and they refunded my $5.49...which means I only really spent $3.34 for 2 deodorant, a cucumber, a tub of ricotta cheese, and a package of cheese strings. YAY!!

There is some hidden in the pink sticker clearence bins at SS Rothesay Ave. but I think that Janey's deal may be better!!

I can't believe I missed that, lol....I think I have a couple of coupons so I'll have to stop in to pick them up. Time to stock up on Old Spice for the hubby though I think he still has about 7-8 left

LOL! I know this isn't the usual place for a brag, but whatever! I meant to post that it was the McAllister Sobeys, in case anyone else wanted to see if they price wasn't adjusted yet for the Ricotta. (The woman at CS didn't fill out a little form like they do at Superstore - at least she didn't while I was there)
