Either. It can depend on the situation, lol.

I used to go to customer service... I usually had the time to spare cuz I take the bus, lol. I also went cuz I was new at pointing out SCOPs and I learned quickly that the store needed a bit more info/training on such thing, so for the most part, CS gave me the opportunity to teach, haha! I've also dealt with liars that change signs/make things up, etc... to avoid dealing with their "oops."

I have started doing it at the tills now... as I am more comfortable with it and I won't get my panties in a wad if THEY call over someone from CS, lol. It seems to take less time... depending on the price check person.

This particular time, I saw it scan at $5.97, so I told the cashier "I think that should have been $4.50..." and then cashier called someone for a price check. Price check lady came back with the price tag and said give it to me for $4.50. I then asked, "Does that apply to the Scanning Code of Practice?" as I pointed to the sign about SCOP that my daughter was playing by... lol. "oh, yes, yes it does!"

Great job on watching the prices. Maybe the more of us that practice SCOP will teach them to put the right prices up.
Do you know how many times before I knew about SCOP that I bought stuff only to find out at home that it cost more than I thought. Of course then I just did nothing about it except be mad. Now we have a way with SCOP to actually get the price that is on the shelf. And more off as compensation. Perhaps if they made it up too $100 off the stores might actually fix the shelf price. Think of all the people that get jipped. It just makes you mad.

Great brag. And good on you for paying attention to the prices. Hurray for Free.
