    Thanks to all the people who have traded with me and sent me coupons for Alberto styling products. My husband loves the hair gel, and goes through a lot of it (several tubes a month) normally paying about $3.99 for a tube. I've actually seen it go as high as $4.99 at Safeway!

    It's gone on sale at SDM for $1.99 before, so I've been collecting coupons for it, hoping to pounce when it goes on sale like that again. It hasn't done so in this area for a few months, so I was beginning to worry about how I was going to be able to use my stockpile of coupons before their Dec. 31 expiry date. I've bought some gel using the coupons, but only as he needs it when it goes on for a "decent" price.

    Well, I found the two-pack value packs on the clearance cart at WM today, and they were clearing them for $2.50. I grabbed all eleven packages and proceeded to dig out my coupons. The young girl at the checkout looked a bit pale when she saw all the hair gel and coupons, but she checked with another cashier, and it was fine.

    I was thrilled to get 22 tubes of hair gel for $0.75 each. I figure it's going to be close to a 5-month supply. It's so satisfying to be able to buy something at a ridiculous discount when you KNOW your household goes through a LOT of it, and not just buying something because it's on sale. To me, that's real savings! Thanks to everyone who traded with me.

    Picked up on that Folgers deal at Zellers yesterday, too. I don't drink it, but it's my husband's favourite. It was a good weekend for him!

    Great deals! He must use alot of hair gel, lol. Good deals for you, and you won't have to worry about buying some for awhile. I picked up a couple cans of Folger's, I haven't tried it yet. I got some Hazelnut flavor. I hope it is good.
