Icoke.ca -- Get Rewards- Program Ended

ordered a mcd's gift card - the message said 'your order will not be shipped' - meanwhile it has been a week (yesterday was a week)...but I got an e-mail saying I will receive it - should I just assume it's a screw up on their site (they took my points).

For those looking for McD's gift cards. After logging in to my multiple accounts, all of them didn't show the McD's cards available. It was only after I did my (www.icoke.ca/ipodnpn) ipod entry for the day or entered my 10 pins for the week, then the gift cards were available. Weird! Try that if you waiting for a giftcard and you login and it says its not available.

This is the email I got from coke today regarding the free sprite shirts

"Good morning,
Your order was not cancelled just put on hold due to the error on the site. None of these items are free, the site did not take the prices we entered and Coca Cola released the site too soon. We will be adjusting all these orders that was received to show the pricing and you will receive either an e-mail or phone call regarding amount owed. You can pay either with a Credit Card and or Gift Certificate bought on the I coke site or you can cancel the order.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused"

I will be canceling the order..

of course theyre covering their butts by sending out that retraction email, what company would give away hundreds of dollars worth of stuff for free because of a website malfunction?

takes longer than a week to receive, the message must have been "will not be shipped to the address in your icoke account, that is only because you were shown a screen in which to input an address. you should get it in the next lil bit.

Did you email them first? If you did, then I probably should contact them also.

I didn't get an email either. I'm going to wait for them to contact me. One would assume that it was a mistake but they were advertised as $0 so it is up to them to let me know otherwise. They have my email address but they don't have a credit card number or anything so I am not too worried. If they are going to charge me they need to let me know first, in which case I will cancel. If I don't get them free it is no big deal.

I just checked my Order History again, and this time when I click on "View", it now says: "This order is rejected for credit card authorization failure", instead of what it said before ("No order found").

No worries I guess, lol. But hopefully they do get more merchandise in stock. I'm clicking through all the links, and there's not much left anymore.

I did email them first because it was showing as canceled because of no cc payment.... I just said there was no where to put the cc number because my order was 0 dollars!!!! I still dont think they should be able to cancel our orders.... If this was a brick and mortar store and something was advertised for a different price then you would get the item at the price indicated. Mabye internet stores have different guidelines

Actually, stores do have the right to correct an advertised price - you see it a lot, flier corrections posted in store entrances. :)

I know it takes more than a week - I meant that I ordered my last one more than a week ago - so I was OK for ordering another one when I ordered this card. This was the confirmation screen that said 'will not be shipped' - which I have never had displayed on that screen.
