Im really starting to wonder if icoke is even worth it anymore.
I've had so many problems with a)not receiving awards b) pins not working
for example:
I ordered 2 cineplex passes on july 13th.
Sept 13th I contacted them to let them know HEy its been 60 days my award hasnt arrived ya know even tho your processing plant is like one city over from me.
They called me on Sept 20th left a voicemail saying Hi your passes you ordered on july 13 were sent to you, but returned to us! we dont know why,
we're resending them to you now.
Today (oct 3) I call them to inquire if and when im getting my passes.
They say, Oh are u sure u ordered in july because your account says you ordered in sept!
and Im like NO those are the ones that were supposedly resent to me.
She tells me to wait another week and call back if I dont' receive them in the mail.
GAAAAAAAAAH
Can anyone help me please? I'm wondering if I ordered a magazine subscription for a magazine I'm already subcribed to till Feb 2012 if would they send me duplciates or extend my subscription till feb 2013? Thanks.
BTW,I'm still waiting on a McD's gift card from August.
Newfie, email the magazine sub dept. and ask that they just extend your existing subsctiption.

For sure call the magazine company, because if not you will get 2....well if you're lucky! I almost never even get the 1 I am suupose to get. I have 2 magazine subscriptions through icoke and I hardly ever see a magazine! I know that isn't Coke's fault, but I'm getting tired of e-mailing the magazine companies!
I still haven't received the mcdonalds gift card from June...and so far no email back from them...
Way, way back on April 5 I won the 125th Anniversary Gift Set in the Spring iCoke Contest. I had pretty much given up on ever seeing it when lo' & behold it turned up today!

Anyway, there are 4 x 355mL glass bottles, 4 glass tumblers, 4 wooden coasters & a silver-coloured metal bottle opener. It all came in the wooden crate & the lid slides off.
