No, iCoke doesn't take your points! :) There will be a yellow bar across your screen saying that you haven't waited 7 days since your last order.... I hope iCoke didn't swipe your points... they didn't when I tried it.

Is there any way WE can see what we've ordered. iCoke can see our Order History... but I'm wondering if I ever rec'd my McD's GCs when I ordered them during the strike. I have a good memory... but it's short!
My husband and I just got married in September. We eventually ended up with two accounts at the same mailing address. His account was shut down and my account was wiped to "0" at the same time that a whole bunch of other SCers had the same problem. After waiting many weeks, icoke finally returned his phone call. By the end of the conversation icoke decided to put all of his icoke points into my account (they are already there and I ordered movie tickets). He voiced concerns about not being contacted by e-mail or phone before they did this to our accounts. We own more than one house and could simply have each been using a different address if we had realized that combining our two homes would become such an issue with icoke.
I just thought that some SCers would want to know that there is still hope with tracking down icoke in order to try to "fix" what they did with your points.
hi there,
Does anyone know if you have to wait till your order is sent before u reorder i just tried to order the pizza pizza which was done more than 7 days ago.. and it said u have not waited the 7 days what gives???
It probably hasn't been 7 days...
It's 7 days from the time of your last order, right down to the minute. So if you ordered 7 days ago at 10PM you would have to wait 7 days later right up until 10 PM.
I just ordered my Cineplex tickets from Icoke.ca, yay!!!
Need more points now, sadly my balance looks all small.
Does iCoke send out emails at 90, 30, and 7 days inactivity, or only for 30 days inactivity? :/
Ordered for the first time from icoke. My movie tickets came within 1 week. I am so pleased. I hope it is always so quick.
I had deleted my notice from the summer but I believe if you have not logged into your account and entered at least one PIN or done some transaction with your points within a 3-month period or so, iCoke sends a message to your email address.
Yes, on page 238 of this thread, I saw the 90 days explanation:

I was also very surprised too because I received my order within a week also.
I hope they continue this...
