So I don't have to go digging through all the posts when people lost one of their accounts could you still login in? My daughters account I can't seem to get into I didn't worry about having the 2 accounts because I had talked to someone last ear on the phone and they didn't say anything. But now I can't seem to get into her account mine is fine. When I try to log in says password is wrond try to say I forgot it but it just keeps telling me to put in the letter cappca thingy even though it is right.

Try a different web browser maybe KK7 - clear cache and history - see if works. Sometime the "failure" gets stuck in the cash.

kk7 i am now having the same problem as you....i emailed them and after a week or so they finally got back to me saying there was two accounts under the same address...my cousin lived here long ago and forgot to change his address. the funny thing is, i've been ordering free 12pks of coke for the last few months and so has he with no problems, it was when we both ordered the mcdonalds gift cards that caused the problem, now i am locked out...my cousin has changed his address and i sent another email explaining ..still waiting ...
