It's usually about $3 extra.

Yes, $16 extra
but I think that also depends on locations.
If you check prices online some Cineplex locations are cheaper than others.
I went to Coliseum at Square One
and if I would of gone to Brampton let's say - it would of been cheaper.
Check cineplex.ca for prices around your closest location; and if 3D or IMAX available. Prices are listed.
The cineplex certificate from icoke I think it's worth $12 right?
So whatever you see higher than the amount is your OOP.

Wow, I guess I've been lucky. When I use the tickets for the 3D movies I never have to pay $3 extra!

The Cineplex Admit One Cert don't carry a value, rather you pay the difference in the IMAX/3D vs the General Admission.
Ie, on a Friday at a Colossus, IMAX could be $19 and General Admission could be $13, so you would pay $6 difference.
While on a Tuesday at a Cineplex, 3D could be $9, and General Admission could be $6.50, so you would pay the $2.50 difference. The Admit One coupon would not get you in without having the difference to see the 3D film.

I ordered some back in January and the expiry date is May 2013. So if you order some now that expiry should be May 2013 or even later.
