I guess this is why my 20,000 point auction went nowhere. I have an account too, but why would I use bunches of points to buy Coke wallpaper, etc? Even the McDonalds GCs, those are only good in Ontario aren't they?
I guess you have to be ready to act as soon as there's decent rewards? I'm ready to add my 20K points to my own account since no one will give me more than $5 for them.

This bring me back to the days of www.cokeauction.ca
I was still a highschool student, and working a summer job (I think 2002, so 8 years ago) at a Toronto attraction. With my 10 & 30 minute breaks. I'd scour the the area going through recycling bins removing labels (500 points) and using them to bid on items. That summer I got an MD player, Super Mario Sunshine, MTRL Canadiens Game Used Puck & 2 x Olympic Hockey Coke Coin Set. Of all the things, I only still have the MTRL Canadiens puck.

The Pizza Pizza card requires user to register his/her card and then you can see the balance on it. Same thing goes for the Subway card you get for the Chiptrips.ca promo. If you don't register, you won't see the value of the card, thus "0" balance.
When I gave my PizzaPizza gc away, I made sure to tell my friend to register it. I cannot see all of Canada going wild about having to register all gift cards online prior to purchase but I guess that is how merchants are willing to "lock" someone's value on the card in case it gets used by someone else. What happened to cards that are ready to go to use? The McDonald's one is easy to look up online without registering.2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

I'm interested in your Icoke pin if you want to give it to someone.

The Icoke thing is really hit and miss. They usually have prizes around christmas time again. It takes a while to build up the points and the good prizes go fast but as long as you enter one code every 3 months or so your points carry forward. I have had my account for years and lately I have not been doing much waiting for them to put up some more prizes.
