I recently removed all kinds of virus' off of a friends computer. It took me a very long time. I googled, I youtubed, I did everything I could do to get this computer up and running. I spent nearly a week trying to figure this thing out and I'm pretty good and doing things on my own. Then bingo! I found a video on youtube about this free program, and it worked:

If your computer won't let you do anything start it in safemode with networking and then download the program and install and run.
