They come in both, on saturday you can usually find it in the journal and on sundays you find it in the sun

please sift through and shake out your flyers!!!.....................many times your coupon insert is hiding inside...............
(prior to SmartCanucks and deciding to use coupons, I only thought coupon inserts came out 4-6 times a year.............imagine my surprise to find out that there's over 30 a year!.......including P& G)
early last year, I was quite miffed to not get my coupon insert in the paper, only to find my paper thrown around on the couch by my son later, and......shock.:0....to see a nice shiny coupon insert on the floor............it had been "hiding" inside the flyers.........

Hey guys
I cant figure out what papers have all these coupon inserts in them here in Calgary
I'm having very little luck today with Saturday papers...are there any in Sundays?
Is it in the Herald, Sun, or something I dont even know about???
