Coupon vs Points Etc Trade Values

Hi all

I know I saw this thread not too long ago but can't seem to find it now. I wish it was stickied!

So when it comes to trading coupons for points, stamps, etc....can someone please supply the general equal trade values?

I prefer to be more generous than the "rules" but would like to have some kind of reference anyways. I have so many coupons that I hate to see them go to waste.
