I looked at facebook people are posting pictures of the receipts all of them have no order # maybe its a glitch for just displaying the order #

Or that they spin tales that "all the prizes are sitting on skids at the border and that everything is being held up by Customs"

Or maybe a way for Lockerz to disown the receipts and say people photo-shopped them therefore they don't have to send out the prizes. They seem to have an answer for everything.

Any order placed with a legitimate company should have an Order Number or Tracking ID.

Seriously, I have never seen any website/company claim so many "glitches" and "upgrade issues"

Yeah its hard to say either way. Yesterdays order for that opi nail polish set had an order #. I wonder why todays didnt. Its just the waiting game now. Unless they post on facebook that its a glitch n if u have the email you will get it. Just hope and pray sorta situation. Sorry those who didnt get what they wanted and good luck to those who did but with no order # .
