Northgate Dollar Store closing ...

Just a heads up - I don't go out North too often, so I don't know if this is old news or new ...

But, I noticed the 'Dollar Store' in the Northdate Mall is closing soon, and there were handwritten signs that stated something like
' BUY 1 GET 1 FREE' ... could be some great deals.

I won't be able to check it out until later this week (if it is still there), but for anyone interested there may be some great bargains.

Wow thanks for the heads up! I never go in there cause its one of the crappier $$$ stores as far as Im concerned. Every time I go in there I see very little that is actually $1. But a closing out sale,that I cant pass up!

I stopped by (the end of last week?) ... picked up some things I probably didn't really need, but loved the sale idea - I still can't believe without the Dollarama, this was the sort of dollar store we would still have around ... the prices go up rather sporadically ... (and I kept thinking many items were still cheaper at the Dollarama, LOL!) ...

I'm not sure if the owners are just closing, there have been a lot of changes lately to the stores within the mall (again, besides Zellers I have little reason to waunder around here too much) ... would love to know more myself ... but I think the sale still stands for a while ...

Made it down there this morning finally! Still B1G1 on everything. Picked up a few Christmas things as well as soem misc. things for around the house that I did and didnt need. I got:
2 strands of Xmas garland
2 boxes of Xmas card
1 hose hang thing
1pkg play money(for Kayden)
2 mini Nerf type footballs
1 plug in thingy that makes your Xmas lights blink w/o a blinker bulb
and 1 pk of batteries
all for just over $10!!!!!

That is fabulous, glad the sale was still going on ... and I love how the buy what we need/don't need causes way less damage at a dollar store, LOL!
