Thread: Small brag from a newbie

I'm very new to this coupon stuff, but I love it. Tonight, I went to RCSS. Noticed the St. Ives Apricot Scrub trial size were $0.99 each. When I went to pay, I asked the cashier if I could use my $1.00 off any St. Ives body lotion product coupons with these trial size scrubs. Initially she said I could, until she realized the product cost less than the coupon. So, she called her manager over and the manager okayed this, with no problem. The cashier just had to adjust the coupons to $0.99, rather than $1.00 each. So, I bought 6 St. Ives Apricot face scrubs and only paid the taxes (I realized after that I should've waited until this weekend, as its a no-tax weekend). Anyways, the cashier was so impressed with my deal! I had an extra $1.00 off coupon for the St.Ives lotions, so I gave it to the cashier- she was so happy!
Thank you to all of you- you are teaching me so much! This thread is currently associated with: Real Canadian Superstore RCSS, St. Ives
