Not bad considering the shampoo alone costs $5 by itself!

NOP! I went to white oaks today. Doesn,t have any deal in Value packs. and the shelves were empty... because of the offers in this week.

I have seen these at RCSS before as well, didnt have a coupon tho. Probably just really old stock they cant get rid of for some reason. This is in Northern BC.
I went twice and two different cashiers accepted it Which is surprising because they often give a hard time over coupons.
