the B&D saga continues. Get an email today and guess what? They now say I am under warranty. But here is the deal. In order to get my replacement product I have to cut the cord off my current one, mail it to them along with ah cheque for $6 in a registered mail format (not covered by them) and then they will issue me a replacement. I cook in my toaster oven and do a ton of stuff, how can I go without it for possibly 4 weeks while they figure this out? argh...I am not impressed at all
