Have any of you ever made Mock Apple Pie?
I have been making it for my hubby for years and he never knew until yesterday
He just happened to get home when I was putting the crackers in and he wouldn't
believe he had ever eaten it, so he didn't take his eyes of of it while I completed it
and baked it. He is still in shock I think lol
Over the years I have fooled a lot of people with this recipe.
If anyone here wants a copy, lemme know :)

Just came back from a job interview...am I ever glad that is over. I think it went alright, but it is still tiring!
