Morning,
Im ready to flip on someone. Our tills at work were short 43$. Im the baker and only serve maybe a handful of ppl while the other guy does bathoom or something. Well the tills have been short and now its coming out of my pay now. I have the next 3 days off - my next day in im talking to the manager and asking for this flipping idiot to be taken off nights. Its only while this guy works that large amounts of money is missing. I dont think he has been taking the money but he doesnt know what hes doing and hes not doing voids which would count for the missing money. I was thinking of calling the manager tonight and talking to her but idk might just wait till my next day on. Its not just that either this guy will ignore customers while doing chores and I end up apologizing to them and he def cant handle drunk customers.
Anyways off to enter a load of contests then to bed.

Ricki I would call in before your next shift and speak to someone, do not let it go because obviously they are putting the blame on you and that is simply not right. I cannot believe the crap you handle there, you need to find better people to work for.

Ricki... I don't understand how he could make you pay for it - when I had my store,
the till came up short and according to the Labor board, unless a staff member had
exclusive access to a till, there was nothing you could do - you could NOT make
an employee pay for shortages. You really should look into it.

Morning all. It's a cold, grey. rainy morning here. The brats are still asleep, guess they don't want to face the prospect of rain.
Been a crazy couple of days. My ears are still ringing from seeing Riverdance on Tuesday night. That`s what I get for sitting right beside the stage in front of speakers. Yikes! Boy, was that loud.
Cracked a tooth & had to go to the dentist yesterday. Ick. My jaw was still frozen when I went to see a play last night called Loot. Great show, always fun when people throw bodies around. :lolsign:
Hope everyone`s doing well. Off to feed the brats.

Any of the moms out there experience this before? I was flipping through the channels this morning and saw a Baby Story on tlc so I decided to watch. Bad idea, I am still in tears, the mom ended up in emergency c-section just like I did twice and I guess now knowing I have to have surgery with this one it brought back all these horrible memories of pain and discomfort. I can't get over how hard it is to walk afterwards and the burning feeling of my stitches ready to rip apart. Why am I doing this to myself again?
