Ouch. I wasnt expecting her to turn it sideways and basically start poking lol She was literally push down (idk someting about the ovaries). Im sure if the doc had of said something it wouldnt of been so bad but I wasnt expecting it. Thought she was going to go right up out my throat with the stupid thing. When I was in my last yr of university, I had a kidney infection & they wanted to do an internal ultrasound. There I am, shivering on the cot, holding out the probe. Couldn`t figure out why she`d handed me the darn thing. When she told me to put it in & I stupidly asked where, she freaked & ran out to get the Dr. I was so happy that I`d been too busy studying to bother with boys.
To this day, I haven`t had one - I flat out refuse.
Was your nurse wearing leather, Ricki? Maybe she was a masochist, why else would she think it was like sex. :rolleyes:

Hmm... come to think of it :lolsign: Well when she told me this Im like oh well it will eb a little uncomfortable clearly but its probably like a rectal exam once there in its fine. Boy was I wrong - big time. I wasnt sure if I should cry or puke it was that uncomfortable.
Also, the fact that she said she was looking for cancer. Since all my symptoms match ovarian cancer. She kept going to the left. Im just not going to let it bother me until they call me with the results.
So I thought after that traumatizing experience I deserved a treat. Got a Wendys frosty when I was heading back to school. Wasnt as good though - might try another kind next time.

Still no baby - go for an ultrasound today (not an internal, thankfully lol) just for some more monitoring. That's the downside of being overdue - it's like a full time job - I have to go to town almost every day after 41 weeks :(
I have only ever had one internal exam done, and that was with this pregnancy to determine how far along I was. I didn't find it that bad - just a little uncomfortable. But, the technician I had was relatively new and was super gentle about everything, even the external part that she did before hand.
Morning all.
Silly dog decided she wanted a better view of some dogs at the end of the street when we were out for our morning walk & she pulled me the wrong way. Now I'm in pain. I think she realizes she caused it, cause instead of being her normal helpful self, she's lying low in her bed, refusing to look at me. Silly creature.
The cat doesn't care. He's staring at me, wondering when I'm going to serve seconds for breakfast.

Just finished one class - have one more left. Have to work tonight, Saturday and Sunday night.
Im ubber sore today - more like my ovaries are sore. Im also blaoted which figured its from pushing on my baby making parts. Hurts more up towards them LOL. I have another doc appointment Thursday to argue about the shot.
My spec told me to start adding foods to my diet so Im eatting a cheese biscuit some butter (no problems yet) plus a couple timbits (to add some sugar supposeable my sugars are way low).
Anyways off to go spend 100$ on a Criminology textbook.
