Hope you guys had a great weekend, for us the weather was decent, 9 degrees and sunny and went apple picking with the family today. So much fun and if anyone has some good and easy recipes to use my apples send them my way please
This week is supposed to be 15 degrees all week so no idea what to do...hope it stays for next weekend to go to the pumpkin patch

Hi all.

I'm exhausted. I spent 2 hrs trying to entertain my neighbour's 4 yr old son, while we waited for a locksmith (she locked herself out). The little boy wanted nothing to do with Lily dog, who was dying to play with him, & kept trying to kiss Quincy cat, who kept trying to escape. I'm sooo glad I left a couple of my extra keys with neighbours in case I do anything like that.

Amy - I'll get my Mom's recipe for apple strudel tomorrow. It's super easy, especially if you use the frozen phyllo pastry & don't try to make your own (major pain). If you go to the Pie thread in the Tea Room, there's a recipe for a chocolate apple pie that looks amazing.

Hope everyone is doing well. I think we'll be off to bed soon. I don't know where you Moms get the energy.

Good morning everyone. Hope everyone slept better than I did. Getting worse and worse to sleep lately...baby bump getting in the way

I am starting my holiday shopping early (my holiday is the beginning of December) and actually I am normally done by now but P&P has not alot to choose from even though between 3 accounts for fmily members I have alot of points. Wish I could merge them and get a VISA card...oh well !
