does anyone know how long you have to wait after submitting 5 words before you can submit more? is it an hour wait?

once an hour, I usually look at time I enter the last word and then go one hour from there

Just a question: does P&P seem to reduce their point words in all newsletters from 5 to 4 or 3 and even the highlighted articles in Entertainment news and Altytude no longer carry any new words?

just tried salon... it wouldn't work for me @_@
