I don't want anyone to leave either. I don't want NSangel to leave, I like her! I don't want ONmom to leave either, a lot of people seem to think a lot of her. I think Boo Bradley did a great job by clarifying the rules and admitting that what happened should NOT have happened and that it won't happen again...hopefully!

I'm the type of person that is forgiving! But, it hurts me to see that ONmom hasn't even taken the time to send me an apology after what she did. A simply apology is all it would take! Then perhaps the people that sent nasty messages to people could apologize to those people for what they did and slowly this matter could be resolved and set aside.

Sometimes you just have to swallow a little pride and admit that what you did was wrong. Swallowing a little pride never hurt anyone. Life is too short, I for one KNOW.

If this thread cannot get back to the way it was, it's because a chosen few do not WANT it to. In life you have to work and struggle to make things work. Life is not easy, you have to WANT it and you have to go GET it. It doesn't just "happen".

So, in closing...

Think of all our Canadian Troops fighting in other countries, or peacekeeping. Think of the plane crash yesterday in Madrid killing 153 people, etc.

And then think of this "thread". Is it really that big of a challenge?

You guys decide! I've already made my decision! I'm not a quitter, I'm a go-getter and I am ALWAYS willing to give it another chance!

Lolcat - I have printed off the pages listed on the wiki to see if I have missed any words - as you say you will update the pages couple times a day, how will we know which are new words added since we have last looked at it to add words to the p&p site??

I was wondering the same thing . . . at least with the old way of just posting words in the thread, you knew where you had stopped before and could go back and sift through and get the words, now that some words will be added straight to the wiki and not the thread, how will we know which ones are new since the last time you looked? I don't have time to keep comparing my list to the wiki to see if anything new has been added.

NSangel - you are one of the reasons that I quit lurking, and decided to join in the conversation. Thanks for all you have done for this thread and all us newbies.


I find it ironic that the ones that started this whole thing of seperate threads and too much chit chat are no longer planning on posting. I've never had any bad feelings toward anyone on this site, and still don't. I just find it ironic, that's all.
I may decide myself to go back to just lurking. And I'm afraid that I will miss some words because of having to check several places, whereas before, it was easier for me personally to just have to check the one. Also, I came to this board because of the friendly attitudes and chit chat. Personally, I am almost afraid to post now for fear of making someone mad or offending someone.
